Dr. Mike Kemmling was elected in 2013 and recently served as the Council President. A graduate of UMKC, Dr. Kemmling was the longtime owner of a dental practice in Shawnee and knows what it’s like to be a small business owner. He met his wife Chris in high school, marrying in 2002. Together they have five children – one boy and four girls.
